A virtual reality aircraft interior configurator and flight demo (New York to Paris), to bolster Textron Aviation's sales tools and audience spread.
Using the interactive VR configurator, Textron Aviation's clients could now view multiple options from realistic perspectives. This significantly increased the portability and decreased the cost for demos.
The actual Citation Longitude debuted at NBAA 2017. Buyers were able to experience both the physical aircraft, as well as possible configurations in the same location, further increasing interest and sales.
Later, an optimized mobile experience for Gear VR was developed to accommodate a 50 city U.S. road tour and Asia-Pacific tour.
